Eligibility
- Residents of Ramsey and Washington counties and parts of Anoka, Chisago, and Dakota counties- Weatherization services are available to income-qualified homeowners (at or below 80% of the Area Median Income) within service territory- Eligible renters may also qualify provided their landlords agree to participate and cover 20% of all HVAC and electric appliance costs- The homeowner must have an Xcel Energy account

??Income qualified homeowners could receive:???- Replace inefficient dehumidifiers- Swap out CFL or incandescent light bulbs for long-lasting, energy-saving LED?- Seal air leaks and add insulation to your attic and/or walls?- Install an Air Source Heat Pump (for homes heated with electricity)?- Replace old refrigerators and freezers with energy-efficient models?- Upgrade inefficient gas or electric water heaters?- Replace outdated, inefficient furnaces, or boilers- Upgrade outdated window air conditioners
