- Medtronic: Participants must possess a high school diploma or GED and have the ability to work overtime on the weekends and must pass a background and drug screening - Career Essentials Workshops and Hire Ground: Anyone - North @ Work: African American males, age 25 or older, living in north Minneapolis - Global Career Development Facilitator Training: Commit to abide by the GCDF Code of Ethics, complete a required amount of supervised career development experience commensurate with participants level of education and complete a 120 hour comprehensive training of the core competencies using an approved curriculum
