Therapeutic Foster Care - Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota - Rochester

- Provides guidance through the foster parent licensing process, as well as training and support for foster parents. There are several options for short-and long-term fostering of a child in transition. - Provides foster care for children who are most often removed from their homes due to parental abuse, neglect or substance abuse. The goal is to reunify children to their family and community whenever possible.
