Children, birth to 18 years old and living with their families, who have a disability determination from the State Medical Review Team (SMRT) and need a certain level of home health care to remain in the home; serves Winona County

Description

TEFRA is a Medicaid Waiver program which makes some children with disabilities living with their families eligible for Medicaid coverage who would not be eligible under the standard Medicaid rules. It is commonly known as TEFRA because it was part of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982.
