TEFRA Option Program - Winona County Health and Human Services - Human Service Division
TEFRA is a Medicaid Waiver program which makes some children with disabilities living with their families eligible for Medicaid coverage who would not be eligible under the standard Medicaid rules. It is commonly known as TEFRA because it was part of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982.
