Targeted Case Management and Therapeutic Support Services for Children - Northern Pines Mental Health Center - Central Minnesota
Provides services to children with severe emotional disturbance. Services include: - Children's Mental Health Targeted Case Management (CM-TCM): Assist children and families in obtaining needed services, improve functioning in education, interpersonal relationships, family relationships, family functioning, and enhance daily living skills - Children's Therapeutic Support Services (CTSS): Provides in-home, school-based, or community setting for counseling services. The program provides a safe, convenient, and nurturing environment for families and children to prevent out-of-home placement.

A comprehensive community mental health center serving Aitkin, Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties. The center also provides in-school staff covering 18 school districts within the community. Additional programs provided are mobile crisis outreach, adult community-based services, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services for adults and youth, children and family services, mental health and wellness education, outpatient therapy, psychiatry, chemical health services, housing assistance, drop-in centers, and crisis residential services.
