SMART Recovery provides a 4-point program serving those with addictive behaviors which includes substance use, activity, and process addictions. SMART Recovery programs include: - Trained volunteers facilitate and lead mutual support group discussion on topics. Topics include building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges/cravings, managing thoughts, feelings/behaviors, and living a balanced life. - SMART Recovery Group Meetings: Free and guided by trained facilitators, meetings are usually 90 minutes long and meeting formats include discussing or working on the SMART recovery tool. Meetings are held virtually or in-person.
