Provides 4 types of residential services: - hoMEbase Apartment Program: Provides just the right level of independence and support for people in their own or shared apartments - Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF-MR): Provides 24-hour awake supervision to people with high needs in group homes operating under a medical model - Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS): Helps people move into the community and live independently, receiving a weekly average of 5-6 hours of support - Waiver-funded Group Homes: Provides 24-hour supervised residential services to people with disabilities in community-based homes
