Payment Options
Provides integrated, community-based mental health services to individuals diagnosed with thought disorders who are involved in the criminal justice system. Participants are typically on probation or being released from a correctional facility at the time of enrollment. Services provided may include: - Case management - Peer recovery services - Psychiatric care - Substance use disorder treatment - Therapy and nursing services - Vocational services and employment support The team also assists individuals in: - Building social networks - Finding and maintaining housing - Obtaining competitive employment - Re-establishing relationships with family and natural supports
