Eligibility

Residents of Cook County who are:

Fathers or alleged fathers of a minor child
Parents of a minor child and if one parent does not live with the child
Parents who pay court-ordered child support
Have court-ordered, physical custody of a minor child
Receiving public assistance for a minor child who lives in their home

Reviews and modifies court orders for support

NOTE: Child Support Services does not provide parenting time, custody, legal advice, divorce counsel, or spousal maintenance establishment. Child Support Services do not represent either parent in child support actions.
