Mahube-Otwa administers the Child Care Assistance Program in Becker, Otter Tail, Wadena, and Marshall counties.

Eligibility

Scholarships are for children ages 3 - 4 by September 1st of the current year; or ages birth to five (who are not yet kindergarten age eligible) from parents under the age of 21 who are pursuing a GED or high school diploma, in foster care, experiencing homelessness, in need of protective services, or siblings of a 3 or 4-year-old if that sibling is attending the same program.
