Description

- Integrated care from social workers, nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, occupational and physical therapists, and assistive-technology practitioners - Medical exams, wound care, urology and other specialized services for those with cerebral palsy, neuromuscular conditions, Spina Bifida, polio, etc. - Transitional program for teens who are living with disabilities and moving into adulthood with a focus on legal, medical, and independent-living issues - Assistive technology assessment and provision including custom seating, orthotics and prosthetics, powered mobility assessment, computer access, and augmentative and alternative communication - Pain and neuropalliative care - Resource Center offering printed, video, and online resources about disabilities and related issues - Social and emotional support through individual and family counseling - Rehabilitative therapies including physical, occupational, speech and language, and swallowing assistance
