Residents on Medical Assistance who may need transportation to a checkup can call through Medical Assistance insurance providers. Services include: - Child and teen checkup exams that meet the requirements for starting school, camp, and other prerequisites - Health screening for a physical exam, oral health, vision and hearing, developmental and social-emotional screening, substance risk, mental health, sexually transmitted infections, HIV, lead, sickle cell, labs, nutrition review, and immunizations
