Description
Provides rapid rehousing, scattered site housing, and supportive housing services for youth in the Twin Cities experiencing homelessness. Units are located at Nicollet Square Apartments, Downtown View Apartments. Scattered site housing includes In Reach, Hearth, and Pathways.
