Treatment is available for non-cancerous blood, autoimmune, clotting and bone marrow disorders. Center for Memory and Aging: (651)495-6306 diagnosis, treatment and prevention; research and autopsies for families who want to know the cause of their relative's dementia Family Support: (651)254-3456, provides continuing care planning, patient and family support, assistance in negotiating complex health care insurance and delivery systems Heart Center: (651)254-4887; diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services for cardiology Neurology Services: (651)495-6300, evaluation and treatment of patients with seizures, epilepsy, headaches, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke or other neurological disorders Pain management: (651)495-6500, treatment for chronic/subacute pain problems Rehabilitation Institute: (651)254-3200, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for individuals with serious illness, injury, or conditions that prevent them from functioning at their best, includes aquatic therapy, hand therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation psychology, and speech therapy
