Eligibility

Children and youth ages birth to 17 with social, emotional, behavioral or family problems. Clients are often those with the most troubled lives who have not experienced success in other programs. Primarily serves residents of Anoka, Dakota, Ramsey and Washington counties, but will accept referrals from other counties.
