• Provides new connection and electric service to commercial and residential, and Conservation Improvement Program (CIP)

• Maintains and services both the mains and services

Planning and Zoning:

• Permits (Conditional use, sidewalk, and sign)

Public Works:

• Includes storm sewer system, streets, parks, cemetery, and governmental buildings

• Responsible for snow plowing, sanding, pothole patching, and sidewalk replacement. In addition, the maintenance of City parks as well as the care of trees

• Yard waste (accepts grass clippings, leaves, and branches)

Recreation:

• Coordinates and participates in programs including curling clubs, open gym, recreational skating, senior activities, ski trail, summer youth recreation program, swim program and weight training

Two Harbors Economic Development Authority:

• Responsible for preserving and creating jobs, enhancing the City's tax base, assisting with certain housing initiatives, promoting the general welfare of the people of the City and to assume primary responsibility for development activities within the City
