  • Immunization Clinics: Located at Anoka County Government Center and Blaine Human Service Center 1201 89th Avenue NE Blaine, MN 55434

Fees

  • Immunizations: $10 per shot is requested but no one is turned away for inability to pay.
  • Seasonal Flu shot: $10 fee for adults and children without insurance; $22 fee for adults with insurance
  • Tuberculin skin testing: $12 fee if required for school or work
