Volunteer attorneys write letters to the client's creditors instructing the creditor to stop contacting the client. Service is primarily for clients receiving income that cannot be garnished by a creditor, such as Social Security, or when the client is receiving a form of public assistance, such as Food Support, MFIP, etc.
