Eligibility

BMT, CAR-T, stem cell and solid organ transplant patients receiving a transplant work-up, transplant procedure and follow-up appointments at Mayo Clinic or St. Mary's Hospital, and their caregivers. Caregivers must be adults ages 18 and older.

Call, email or visit website to request orientation tour. Orientation tour required before making reservation.

$30/night. $40 fee for cleaning per visit. Coin-operated washers and dryers.

Housing for patients going through transplants and their caregivers

Provides 84 guest rooms with 2 beds and a private bathroom in each guest room. Linens are provided for the beds and bathroom. All rooms have private voicemail and self-controlled heating and cooling.

Guests are responsible for preparing their own meals in 4 available kitchens with provided kitchenware and dining in the dining room. Each guest room has a pantry cabinet, refrigerator space, and freezer space for food items.
