Emergency Food - Take Home Meals - Community Food Response

- Meals are prepared by licensed restaurants, hospitals, caterers, etc. and then individually packaged and frozen or refrigerated, and donated to Community Food Response - Anyone can pick up a meal to take home and warm up (if necessary) to eat. Clients who do not have the ability to heat food will be provided with food that does not require this. - Clients may use the service as often as needed - Amount and type of food depends on the food supply and number of clients per family using the service - Will provide food for special diets that are medically necessary (such as diabetic or gluten-free) when available; also honors religious dietary restrictions, such as no pork
