Provides private Care Suites with a 5 to 1 customer to staff ratio, 24 hours/7 days a week onsite healthcare staff, medication management, skilled RN oversight, and spiritual care team. Also partners with additional support providers such as hospice and can serve either long-term or respite customers. Provides transitional care services including short-term and respite health care and rehabilitation. Skilled nursing care, 24/7 service, and rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. With programs for short-term dementia, medication regulation, and a cardio-pulmonary program.
