Chemical health assessments are conducted to determine whether individuals meet eligibility criteria for Avivo's outpatient treatment and recovery program. Services provided:- Family outpatient treatment with a housing option for pregnant individuals, parenting women, and fathers with dependent children ages 0 - 17. Provides access to counseling, case management, mental health services, substance use treatment, support groups, and other supportive services.- Individual, gender-specific, and culturally specific support for outpatient treatment with a housing option- Intensive outpatient 245G co-occurring treatment program for individuals who have a substance use disorder and a mental health diagnosis- Once enrolled in treatment and recovery services, individuals are eligible for enrollment in career education programs, employment services, and housing support.
