Low-cost, pop-up food distribution
Provides a mobile food shelf to residents of select subsidized housing, high rise buildings in Hennepin County. Most sites receive a delivery twice a month. Over 300 residents volunteer to receive the food, set up the food shelf in the building's community room, and distribute it to their neighbors.

Community Food Center for neighbors. Usage is limited to once a month at any Keystone food shelf (including foodmobile), with four emergency services available per year. Individuals may use one of these four visits to shop an additional time during a month. No appointment is needed. Foodmobile distributions operate with many community partners. Provides hungry students a child-friendly bag of supplemental food through the participating school to take home over the weekend. Also hosts a free food distribution event in Douglas or Pope County. Anyone who faces food insecurity and registers in advance is welcome to utilize these programs.
Food Shelf: Provides a 7-day supply of food to those in need including fresh produce, meat and dairy. Baby products and hygiene items often available. On-site food pantry may be used twice per month. Mobile Food Pantry: Provides regular access to fresh vegetables, fruit, bread, diary, and deli items to several locations throughout Bloomington, Richfield, Edina, and South Minneapolis. Fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, dairy, baked goods, and shelf-stable items are loaded onto refrigerated trucks to transport to areas of high need and low food resources. Once on site, pallets of nutritious food are unloaded and set up in a farmer's market style. Individuals and families arrive, they're registered by volunteers, and food is placed into their vehicles.

If a third visit is needed, an appointment with a case manager should be scheduled. - Service at St. David's provides emergency food bags, mobile food shelf, and home delivery appointments only; full food shelf services are at the K-Tel Drive Site - Mobile food shelf serves residents of several apartment buildings in ICA's service area. - Home delivery is available for those living in their home with health issues that prevent them from coming to ICA. - Accepts food donations

Individuals can access the food shelf twice a month. Amount of food provided depends on number of people in a household. Provides American food and specialty ethnic food for Africans and Hispanics. Fresh food and liquid nutrition supplements are also provided. Mobile food shelf available once a month in front of Silver Lake Apartment office, 1515 3rd Avenue NE. Also provides eye exam and foot/nail care.

Offer food and groceries, household essentials, personal care items, and pet food. Essential items available may be diapers, baby formula, shampoo/conditioner, adult briefs, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Shoppers can shop twice per month. Grocery delivery service is available to local older adults who have mobility or limited transportation options. Grocery deliveries take place monthly.

Provides additional food to older adults who participate in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). A nutritional food package is provided to older adults to supplement their food at home. A delivery option of the food package is available to homebound residents.

The Mobile Pantry travels to designated communities on a pre-arranged schedule bringing fresh produce, dairy, eggs, canned goods, and meat when available. Clients at a mobile pantry site can walk through aisles and select food items they need.
