Quantity is dependent on donations coming in, but typically each person receives a box of food items.

Operates a network of five partner food shelves in which clients shop for their own food and have the opportunity to meet with a volunteer to learn about additional resources. Also operates a Nutrition Assistance Program for older adults in Burnsville, Farmington, Lakeville, and Rosemount, which provides monthly food support to low-income older adults.

Fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, dairy, baked goods, and shelf-stable items are loaded onto refrigerated trucks to transport to areas of high need and low food resources. Once on site, pallets of nutritious food are unloaded and set up in a farmer's market style. Each member of the household receives a toothbrush and 15 pounds of staples and canned goods, and as many perishable items as they would like.
