Valley View Healthcare and Rehab offers congregate meals with social and recreational opportunities to participants. The meals are served at 11:30 Monday through Friday. Limited diabetic, low salt and low cholesterol alternates are available.

Provides hot meals to adults ages 60 and over in a sit-down style lunch setting at 6 locations in Hennepin and Anoka counties. Each location is unique and may have specific dietary needs or preferences. Menus are crafted with respect to the unique cultural and religious dietary needs of the communities served. The program issues electronic food support benefits that can help stretch your household food budget. - Information and Referral: Offers information on resources of local food shelves - Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors (NAPS) Applications: The program is designed to provide healthy and nutritious food products each month at no cost to eligible individuals over the age of 60. Helps eligible individuals apply for the program. - Second Harvest Heartland: Provides a free food distribution program to those in need - Prairie Five Meals Program: Offers congregate dining, home delivered, and frozen meals serving 34 communities in the area. Frozen meals are available for weekend, holiday, emergency and rural delivery. Dining Program: The senior center partners with five local restaurants to serve a noon lunch. Lunches will be available to seniors at a charge of $5.00 per meal. Meals on Wheels: Provides the Delano area Meals on Wheels program. For individuals, 60 years and older, homebound, and needing a hot meal. Meals can be delivered to the home Monday through Friday. The Senior Nutrition Program is designed to provide a hot meal to older adults living in Carver, Dakota, and Scott counties.
