Emergency Shelter and Day Center for people experiencing homelessness. Servants of Shelter operates a 5 apartment unit Family Shelter. Shelter guests receive Case Management and Housing Resource Navigation services during their 30-90 day stay. SOS operates a Day Center with laundry, showers, a communal kitchen, hygiene items, and more. SOS also operates two Permanent Supportive Housing programs for people living with disabilities who are also experiencing homelessness.

Inspiring Youth: A year-long, intensive, community-based program for youth ages 10 - 17 and their families who have been impacted by violence. Youth workers provide comprehensive and culturally responsive mentorship, support, and access to services, activities, and leadership opportunities. Youth Site-Based and Community-Based Housing: Transitional housing for youth and young adults who are victims of violence and exploitation, including sex trafficking. Safety planning and support are provided. Voices in Prevention (VIP): A 6-week violence prevention curriculum serving middle and high school students. Curriculum might also include support groups, one-on-one sessions, peer mediation, and service learning. YouthLink houses the Youth Opportunity Center, a collaboration of agencies providing services to young people in one location. Partner agencies provide services that include housing stability, health and wellness, crisis/basic needs/drop-in, education, and employment. Services include: - Access to computers, phones, and mail - Community resource referrals to shelter and housing - Basic needs services: Hot meals and bag lunches, clothing closet, showers, laundry, and connections to emergency shelters. Assists with connecting youth to Hennepin County support services. - Financial assistance to obtain vital documentation including social security card, birth certificate, and/or state ID. Application assistance is available for food stamps and Medical Assistance. - Job search and employment assistance and education assistance and resources - FHPAP application assistance only for eligible youth in Hennepin County seeking rent assistance. FHPAP does not provide direct assistance. Hennepin County is responsible for determining eligibility and distributing rent assistance funds. - On-site health clinic and health care support including referrals to mental health and substance abuse services - Street Outreach Program: Caseworkers go out into the community, locate homeless youth and inform them of services that are available to them. May provide the youth with clothing, safe sex information and resources, bus cards, etc.

Services may include: - Assistance with benefits and public assistance applications - Hygiene kits and other basic needs - Laundry and showers - Meals - Referrals and access to shelter and housing - Transportation assistance - Use of phone number and mailing address for job applications ?Dakota County Coordinated Entry: The Link is the provider of coordinated entry for Dakota County. Staff is housed within CORE to work in partnership with the county on coordinated entry. Mobile assessments for housing and ongoing support throughout the coordinated entry process are provided.

Trained volunteer advocates work one-to-one with individuals to help them achieve stability and greater self-sufficiency through services that include: - Accountable relationships - Teaching the skills needed for self-sufficiency such as financial management, interviewing, organization, gaining and maintaining stable housing, social skills, self-care, making appointments, and self-advocacy - Referrals to community programs and services - Self-development opportunities NOTE: Participants are expected to make and keep appointments with their advocate at least once a month. Resources are available to support actions taken towards stability goals.
