Emergency shelter and transitional housing for homeless families. Residents are given their own private apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, basic furniture, phone, and television with cable. There are 2 sizes of apartments. Smaller apartments can accommodate 3 - 5 people, and the larger apartments can accommodate 5 - 12 people.Residents have access to a computer resource room with internet access, chapel, free laundry facility, medical clinic, meeting room, outdoor and recreational spaces, and free tutoring services for children.During their stay, residents are provided case management services to help with budgeting skills, goal planning, and referrals to community resources and services. Residents work toward securing daycare, finding a job if they do not already have one, saving money, and finding affordable housing.Residents are not allowed to have pets. They must make arrangements for them before staying at the shelter.
