The rental subsidy is temporary and is intended to bridge the housing gap between exiting institutions, segregated settings, supervised release, and homelessness to a permanent, affordable housing option.

Assists older adults and individuals with disabilities with a housing application fee for up to 2 household members. Also assists with the fees for a new ID and/or birth certificate for 2 household members when needed to obtain housing.
