A help center and food pantry. Services include:

• Donations accepted for households goods, non-perishable food items, and furniture in good condition

• Food pantry items

• Household goods such as furniture, clothing, and other small household goods. Washers, dryers, and refrigerators are available based on donations.

Provides energy audits and energy savings measures (e.g. insulation and HVAC) and energy efficient refrigerators, freezers, window / wall air conditioners, LED light bulbs and dehumidifiers to income-eligible, high energy usage households who have an Xcel account in their name. Also available to property owners of 1 - 4 unit buildings in Xcel Energy service areas. Landlords receive a free energy audit and a 20% discount for replacing older furnaces, boilers, and water heaters (80% area median income or below).

Assists with goods or services that contribute to the well-being and/or safety of the individual including:

• Air conditioner (window mount)

If the cost of the item exceeds $600, it is the applicant's responsibility to pay the remainder of the balance and they must demonstrate the ability to pay the remaining balance. Requests are generally limited to 1 request per household every 2 years, unless the request is for an emergency beyond the household's control.

Provides a major household appliance replacement program and may include:

• Recycle all appliances being replaced free of charge (including second refrigerators, freezers, or window air conditioning units)

• Replace an old or non-functioning refrigerator, freezer, or window/wall air conditioner with new, energy-efficient models

• Replace natural gas furnace or water heater

• Smart power strips and LED light bulbs
