- Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP): Provides low-income adults ages 60 and older with additional food and nutrition education. Items are selected by participants each month.
- Food Shelf Market: Can be utilized once each month. Individuals receive a 7-to-10-day supply of food including fresh produce, meat, dairy, eggs, bread, shelf-stable, pet food, hygiene, and more. Choices can not be guaranteed due to limited quantity of items.
- Outreach Grocery Delivery: Provides homebound individuals with food such as non-perishables, meat, dairy, produce, bakery, hygiene, and pet items. Volunteers take orders and deliver food once per month.
- Summer Food for Kids: During the regular food shopping appointment, households with school-age children have the option to choose additional 'kid-friendly' food
- Weekly Program: Additional food services available for those who are experiencing homelessness. Other special events such as produce distributions and additional shopping opportunities on select Fridays.

Work with clients who are interested in obtaining Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits by assisting with the application process. Administers the SNAP program at four local farmers' markets in Cook, Hibbing, Tower, and Virginia. Provides a variety of services such as:
- Arrowhead Grown: A website and facebook page created to promote farmers across the region. It includes dates, times, locations, and details of each farmer's market in northeast Minnesota. The site also includes helpful information for customers using SNAP-EBT, Farmer's Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) vouchers, and Power of Produce (POP) tokens.
- Community Food Forest: A large perennial garden made up of berry bushes, grapevines, and fruit trees. It continues to grow each year. Community members are encouraged to participate in maintaining the food forest, and the site is accessible to anyone to harvest.
- Farmers Markets: Families utilizing SNAP-EBT can shop at Virginia Market Square, Cook Area Farmers Market, Hibbing Farmers Market, and Tower Farmers Market, and receive a match in dollars.
- Food Shelves: Funds food shelves for agencies across Cook, Lake, and Saint Louis County. Provide emergency and short-term food assistance to income-eligible individuals and families who have run out of options to alleviate hunger.
- Little Free Pantries: There are three free food pantries located in Virginia at AEOA, Hope Presbyterian Church, Our Saviors Church, and at the Hoyt Lakes Public Library. AEOA maintains the pantry located outside of the AEOA office.

- Build-A-Bed: Builds and gives single beds and bunk beds. Also delivers them directly to homes and assembles them in the room.
- Bike Ministry: Provides bicycles for adults and children
- Clean Sweep: Helps families with basic cleaning supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, sponges, all-purpose spray, toilet bowl cleaner, and more
- Clothing Ministry: Provides essential clothing through Trending Upward Thrift Shoppe
- Diaper Ministry: Helps young families by providing diapers, pull-ups, and wipes for babies and toddlers
- Food and Gas Cards: Provides gift cards for food and gas
- FurniShare: Matches up donations of household goods and furniture (including beds, mattresses/box springs (free of stains, rips, and tears), dressers, kitchen tables/chairs, and living room furniture) with people who need them. Also provides monthly furniture sales.

- LAM Vac Valet: Donates and repairs vacuum cleaners in good condition

- The Birthday Closet Ministry: Provides supplies for children's birthdays
