Right to Life Pregnancy Services - Birthright of Winona
Birthright of Winona is a pregnancy help center offering information and support for pregnant persons. Services include: free and anonymous pregnancy testing; information and referral to community resources; informational materials on pregnancy and fetal development; maternity clothes; complete layettes are provided to new babies of clients; and a 24-hour toll-free crisis pregnancy hotline provided through the national Birthright office.
Birthright of Winona can also provide supplies of diapers and wipes in emergency situations for families with babies and also will provide baby clothing (based on available supplies).

Earn While You Learn Program: Limited assistance with baby furniture, car seats, diapers, wipes, formula, infant and maternity clothing, and other supplies to clients enrolled in the Earn While You Learn (EWYL) program. Parents can earn Baby Bucks after attending each lesson offered through BrightCourse, which can be redeemed in the Baby Boutique.
BrightCourse: Available in-person or online
- Abstinence and sex behavior education: Contraceptives and their side effects, natural family planning, and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
- Financial budgeting and life skills education: Provides assistance and referrals for employment, financial, and housing needs
- Parenting education: Also offers co-parenting
- Pregnancy education: Breastfeeding, infant care, labor and delivery, prenatal care, and more

- Advocates for mentoring for crisis pregnancy and other needs
- Pro-life crisis pregnancy counseling and mentoring
- Medical services: Pregnancy tests, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing and treatment, and ultrasounds
