Earn While You Learn Program: Limited assistance with baby furniture, car seats, diapers, wipes, formula, infant and maternity clothing, and other supplies to clients enrolled in the Earn While You Learn (EWYL) program. Parents can earn Baby Bucks after attending each lesson offered through BrightCourse, which can be redeemed in the Baby Boutique.BrightCourse: Available in-person or online- Abstinence and sex behavior education: Contraceptives and their side effects, natural family planning, and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)- Financial budgeting and life skills education: Provides assistance and referrals for employment, financial, and housing needs- Parenting education: Also offers co-parenting- Pregnancy education: Breastfeeding, infant care, labor and delivery, prenatal care, and moreOther Related Services- Advocates for mentoring for crisis pregnancy and other needs- Pro-life crisis pregnancy counseling and mentoring- Medical services: Pregnancy tests, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing and treatment, and ultrasounds?- Mothers' support group that meets weekly over coffeeNOTE: Accepts donations of new and gently used baby/children's clothing (up to size 5T), maternity clothing, and equipment that is clean and in good condition (high chairs, strollers, and toys).

Provides pregnancy resources, including: - Center has videos, literature, cassette tapes, and speakers available upon request- Emergency baby food, formula, and diapers- Free pregnancy tests- Learn to Earn program: Participants attend classes, read books, and watch videos to earn points, which are then used to "purchase" items such as baby furniture and baby clothing.- Maternity and infant/child clothing, baby care books, and toys- Pro-life counseling services- Staffed by trained volunteers

A food pantry offering supplemental food for persons in need. The pantry provides a variety of foods and personal items including frozen foods, canned food, toothpaste, soap, and infant formula. On occasion the food shelf can provide diapers, feminine products, and Depends incontinence products. Accepts donations for food and personal care items.

Family Centers assist with the following for families only:- Free diapers and other basic needs when supplies are availableProvides community referrals for families only:??- Bridging: Provides referrals to Bridging; Neighborhood House does not assist financially with appointment or delivery costs; appointment fee of $75 and delivery fee of $200- College Bound: Assists with enrolling children in CollegeBound, a program dedicated to connecting families and their children to early childhood resources as well as financial education and tools to be financially healthy. For this program, children must be born on or after January 1, 2020- My Very Own Bed (MVOB): Provides referrals for My Very Own Bed program. MVOB offers new twin beds for children ages 2-17 moving into stable housing. Includes, new beds, set of sheets, blankets, pillow, mattress pad, stuffed animal, and a book with each referral. Neighborhood House does not cover the costs related to this program; $55 for the first bed and $25 for every bed after.- Parental Support Outreach Program (PSOP): Provides a voluntary service program in collaboration with Ramsey County that connects parents with extra resources to provide safety and security for their children. Families can be referred to a center through Ramsey County or self-referred, must meet program eligibility. Contact the Family Center for more information.
