Housing Specialists can assist the youth with practical solutions, identify sources, alternatives, and mediate conflict resolution between friends or family. The initial access point to be connected with a Housing Specialist is short-term with a 30-day timeframe. After 30 days initial contact, households with no other pathways identified will be connected to a Housing Assessor and placed on the Housing Registry. - Provides computers for homework and job searches, a game room, kitchen, lockers, showers, storage areas, and a washer and dryer - Staff help youth get help with employment and housing searches, connect to resources, and receive basic need items (clean clothes, food, sleeping bags, and toiletries)
