Bethany House - Winona Catholic Worker - Bethany House
Bethany Catholic Worker House is a community hospitality center offering meals and supportive services to vulnerable people in the community. The community meal is offered on Thursday evening at 5pm.
A food pantry is available offering food, household, and hygiene items on request. ?The agency also offers weekly grocery delivery from their food pantry on Mondays (call anytime on Sunday to order) for people in need.
Laundry facilities (only one washer/dryer, so people are served on a first-come first-served basis), showers, telephone service, and coffee and socialization are available.

- Provides housing assessment for coordinated entry for youth who are at risk of being homeless, or are already homeless and seeking housing resources. Housing assessments can be provided over the phone.
- Staff help youth get help with employment and housing searches, connect to resources, and receive basic need items (clean clothes, food, sleeping bags, and toiletries)

- Community resource referrals to shelter and housing
- Basic needs services: Hot meals and bag lunches, clothing closet, showers, laundry, and connections to emergency shelters. Assists with connecting youth to Hennepin County support services.
- Financial assistance to obtain vital documentation including social security card, birth certificate, and/or state ID. Application assistance is available for food stamps and Medical Assistance.
- Job search and employment assistance and education assistance and resources
- FHPAP application assistance only for eligible youth in Hennepin County seeking rent assistance. FHPAP does not provide direct assistance. Hennepin County is responsible for determining eligibility and distributing rent assistance funds.
- On-site health clinic and health care support including referrals to mental health and substance abuse services
