Receives complaints against dental practitioners in Minnesota. - Information about the Board's complaint process can be found here: - Complaints must be provided in writing. - A fillable form is available via the link above. A hard copy form is available and can be mailed by calling the intake phone.
- Investigates complaints and imposes disciplinary action - Regulates pharmacists, pharmacies, pharmacy technicians, controlled substance researchers, drug wholesalers and drug manufactures
- Regulates physicians, acupuncturists, physician assistants, athletic trainers, respiratory care practitioners, and traditional midwives. - Approves licenses or registrations for these individuals and decides when to impose disciplinary action. - The board can only take action against a physician's license. It can't help recover money from a doctor.
