Provides the following services once every 12 months:

• Discounted Cell Phones: A representative from Open Access Connections is available 9:30 am - 11:30 am Tuesdays, except the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Helps clients with applying for a discounted $30 cell phone and/or voicemail number/box. NOTE: The Basilica does not provide the cell phones or help with the $30 cost of the cell phone.

• Gas Cards: $20 maximum to Speedway. A valid drivers license is required.

• Vouchers: Provides vouchers for obtaining a state ID, Minnesota driver's license, birth certificate from any state, and to the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store for clothing and/or housewares (no furniture). Bus cards are available to those with a verifiable new job and gas cards for individuals with a valid driver's license. Must reside in the city of Minneapolis.

Provides the following services once every 30 days:

• Hygiene items

• Laundry vouchers for one wash and dry (limited supply)
