Provides the following services once every 12 months: - Discounted Cell Phones: A representative from Open Access Connections is available Tuesdays except for the 2nd Tuesday of the month, from 9:30 am - 11:30 am, to assist clients with applying for a discounted ($30) cell phone and/or a voice mail number/box. Note: The Basilica does not provide free cell phones or the $30. Gas cards: $20 maximum to Speedway; valid license is required Vouchers to assist with obtaining a state ID, Minnesota driver's license, birth certificate from any state, and the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store for clothing and/or housewares (no furniture).
