Provides payoff of predatory Payday loans with a no interest, no fee loan up to $1,500 paid directly to lenders on behalf of program participants - A payment plan is created with the participant to repay only the amount refinanced over the course of at least 12 months - Program participants also may be eligible for monetary incentives upon successful completion of loan repayment

Provides legal advice, advocacy and representation for Consumer Law issues related to debt garnishment, predatory and unfair lending practices and collections, mortgage and foreclosure issues, predatory home loans, reverse mortgages, Contract for Deed problems and Property Tax Forfeitures.
