Services include: - Adult Supervision Programs: Provides several different types of supervision programs for adults ranging from enhanced supervision programs, intensive, low-level, pre-trial, sex offender supervision, supervised release, traditional supervision placed on probation, and transfer of probation supervision - Adult and Juvenile Community Service Work (CSW): Court-ordered volunteer work with local non-profits, community-based or government organizations - Adult and Juvenile Electronic Monitoring: Services are provided under a contractual arrangement with Midwest Monitoring and Surveillance. The program is intended to offer the court an alternative between traditional probation and jail for adults or placement of juveniles in residential or custodial settings.

- Diversion Program Monitoring for Adults: Low-level felony offenders with little or no prior criminal record may be court-ordered into the Diversion Program. Diversion allows certain property and drug offenders to avoid a felony conviction if they complete a probationary period with specific conditions. Offenders may be required to pay restitution to their victims, complete community work service, and undergo chemical dependency treatment. ?- Diversion Program Monitoring for Juveniles: Low-level juvenile offenders with little or no prior criminal record may be offered diversion as an alternative option to appearing in court. Youth in the Diversion Program will not have to appear in front of a judge, have a court record or be placed on probation. Provides all juvenile, adult misdemeanor, and adult gross misdemeanor investigations for the Cottonwood County District Court. This includes coordinating programming and supervision for all juveniles, adult misdemeanor, and gross misdemeanor offenders who reside in Cottonwood County. Staff in the felony office provide adult felony supervision, enhanced felony supervision, and adult sex offender supervision.

Probation Reporting Center (PRC): Toll free phone number allows for monthly phone check in for those who are assigned to use PRC. Responsible for supervising all juvenile probation cases assigned by Otter Tail County District Court and all juvenile parole cases for Otter Tail County residents through the Minnesota Department of Corrections. Additionally, supervises all gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor files sentenced in Otter Tail County District Court or those files sentenced in a different court if the client resides in Otter Tail County.
