This office will provide assistance to access the necessary and available forms to file an action with the District Court (including for legal name changes). There are two public terminals available for self-represented litigants to access public court records and to print forms needed to file some actions with the District Court. Court Administration will help with procedural processes but cannot give legal advice. This office draws grand jurors and petit jurors.
