• Mediation: Structured dispute resolution process in which a neutral third party assists people in reaching a settlement of differences. It is a voluntary process that provides an opportunity for all parties to express and resolve issues which may be of concern to them. It requires all parties to enter into a dialogue with good faith and a desire to reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Clients can request a mediation via the website or contact any member organization directly.

• Chemical Awareness Program (CAP) (tobacco, e-cigs, alcohol, and drugs) (not a treatment program)

• Restorative Justice Conferencing: Mediation that includes offender, victims, and their respective support groups

• Community work service hours

• Creative Responses to Conflict (helping the youth to develop alternative ways in dealing with conflict)

• Restitution

• Bullying Awareness Program (BAP)

• Distracted Driving Awareness Program (DDAP) (helping young drivers become educated on how to prevent risky behaviors and attitudes while driving or prior to being a licensed driver)

• Responsible Social Media Use (RSMU) (helping youth who are struggling to use social media in a healthy way)

• Theft Awareness Program (TAP)

• Teen Intervene Program (TI)

Provides a system of services to adults and juveniles. Services include: ?- Services for Adults: Conditional release, court intake, pre-sentence investigation, restitution, home monitoring, work release, sentencing to service, community work service, probation supervision, restorative conferencing, and cognitive behavioral interventions

• Services for Juveniles: Court intake, predisposition investigations, residential and nonresidential programs, New Chance Extended Day Treatment, community work service, probation supervision, detention services, restitution, after school programs, drug court, in home counseling, restorative conferencing, and cognitive behavioral interventions

Provides community correction services and facilitates evidence-based and restorative practices to enhance public safety. Services include:

Community-based program that works with troubled youth and youth offenders. The program includes a variety of interventions and all include the young person taking responsibility for his/her actions and understanding of their behavior. This program works in conjunction with schools, law enforcement, and counties. Parents are involved through the whole process, as well as receive support from other community members. Classes, individual programs, and groups are offered to develop healthy and positive decision-making skills.

Allows individuals directly affected by crime to actively participate in dealing with the consequences by giving victims, offenders, and the community an opportunity to speak with one another. The mediator can also determine restitution or community service hours if ordered by the court.

Restorative practices help restore the harm caused by crimes committed. Works with juvenile offenders, family members and victims by using the Circle Process to provide mediation for different levels of offenders: diversion, misdemeanor theft, gross misdemeanor and felony, and juveniles that are incarcerated.
