Full representation in Hennepin County family court in divorces, physical custody, adoption, and limited other cases. Cases are screened for merit. No full representation offered in child support, parenting time, or OFP cases (but phone advice is offered). There is a waiting list for clients wishing to initiate a divorce action.

Attorney provides one-time only legal advice during the session, and does not become the attorney representing the case. Dodge and Fillmore County Clinics Family Law Monthly Clinics - Child support - Custody - Divorce - Domestic abuse - Grandparent visitation - Harassment restraining orders - Legal separation - Orders for Protection - Name change - Parenting time/visitation - Paternity - Termination of Parental Rights - NOTE: Advice will not be offered on CHIPS matters Olmsted County Clinics Criminal Expungement Bi-Monthly Clinics - Expungement is a legal action to seal records so they are no longer seen by the public. In Minnesota, expungement is primarily used for criminal and eviction records. The Expungement clinic provided by this library deals with criminal expungements. Expungement clinics are intended to be a one-time event to assist those who are representing themselves in the courts. Expungement clinics are held in January, March, May, July, September, and November. This clinic is an opportunity for a brief advice consultation with a volunteer criminal defense attorney to ask questions about whether criminal expungement is a viable option for an individual's needs.
