Parent and Early Childhood Education - Neighborhood House
Programming is designed to provide access to community resources and encourage parent and community participation in issues that affect the daily lives of families with children ages birth - 7 years.
Early Childhood Home Visits: Staff visit participants in-home which helps identify child and family needs early. Provides support for both the children and parents in a setting that promotes positive relationships with the entire family. Provides information about child development and assists family members in navigating the school system.
Skills for School: Designed for children ages 3 - 5 years, helps participants develop the skills they need to enter kindergarten. Helps teach children fundamentals like colors, letters, and numbers while developing social skills.

Early Head Start is designed to nurture and support healthy bonds between young children and their parents/caregivers while providing developmentally appropriate educational experiences. Services provided:
- Early childhood and developmentally appropriate education and family services for infants and toddlers in a classroom and home-based setting
- Home-based visit sessions are 1.5 hours per week
- Parent support and education on child development and positive parenting strategies
- Prenatal education and services to pregnant women to ensure healthy outcomes for new mothers and their babies
