Adult Basic Education - ABE: Programming for adults who want to acquire or improve their math, reading, grammar, and/or writing skills. The program is self-paced; student-centered classes are designed to let students work independently. Licensed teachers and trained volunteers help students develop an individualized training plan (ILP) outlining their goals and objectives.GED Classes and Testing: Free GED preparation at learning sites in the southwest metro area and online. The GED exam covers areas of reasoning through language arts, mathematical reasoning, science, and social studies. Classes are student-centered and self-paced. Offers three community centers for members of the Fond Du Lac band. All facilities feature a gymnasium, weight room, and library. The Cloquet Community Center offers a pool and hot tub. The community centers provide fun and educational activities throughout the year. Weekly parenting groups offer parenting skills and fathers receive support from other peer fathers in similar circumstances. Additionally, the Father Project offers 1:1 advocacy and case management, and access to services including:- Child support - Education and GED - Employment - Family activities - Legal service
