Provides an early learning scholarship to families with children ages 3 - 5 to improve access to quality child care and improve school readiness. Families with children ages birth - 2 are eligible if identified as a priority population. Scholarships provide financial assistance to eligible families to help pay for quality child care and early education programs participating in Parent Aware.

Case management support to qualifying Eden Prairie and Chanhassen residents only. Intake and screening necessary. Financial assistance may include:

• Housing/Homelessness prevention support. Clients are expected to participate in goal planning for optimum results. This is a partnership program that is available to create stability to qualified individuals and families.

Early Learning Scholarship: Assists with paying for childcare or early child care education Minnesota's Child Care Assistance Program: Provides financial assistance to help families pay for child care. Mahube-Otwa administers the Child Care Assistance Program in Becker, Otter Tail, Wadena, and Marshall counties.

The program provides up to $5,000 per school year to help students under the age of 26 who have aged out of foster care for post-secondary education at a college, university, vocational, technical, or trade school. The Minnesota Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program provides the funds. The money does not need to be paid back. The funding can go towards tuition and fees, student books, housing, child care, transportation, other school-related costs, or living expenses. Eligible applicants need to follow the grant application process.

Japanese Speaking Club: Offers informal Japanese conversation opportunities for native and non-native speakers Mondale Scholarship: Offers annual financial grants to Minnesota undergraduate students accepted to academic programs in Japan Nihonjinkai: A volunteer group that supports Japanese individuals and families living in Minnesota, with a focus on social connection and community among elders.
