  • Public Works: Responsible for city streets, stormwater maintenance, tree trimming, roadside mowing, snow plowing/ice control, street sign maintenance, and repair.
  • Utilities: Responsible for sewer and water billing. The City of Otsego also maintains two municipal Wastewater Treatment facilities.
