Offers certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians to assist caregivers with car seat installation and education on Minnesota's Child Passenger Restraint Law. Provides outreach services and support to families of young children and the adults that care for them, including licensed family child care providers, child care centers, and family friend and neighbor caregivers. Programs include:
- Connecting to a childcare liaison to assist families with the process of securing child care that meets the family's needs, including county and enrollment forms
- Resources, support, and training to family friends, and neighbors who are unlicensed caregivers to improve the quality of care provided to children
- Car seat education, distribution, and installation for families with qualifying insurance. Car seat education classes are also provided in Somali and can be translated into other languages as needed.
- Shared Services Alliances: Designed to work in partnership with Early Child Care programs to offer the services needed to improve long-term financial strength and manage capacity, along with the abilitiy to provide care and services.

- Parent Support Outreach Program (PSOP): A voluntary program that provides short-term help to parents to access resources and provide education about housing, transportation, parent education, child development, activities, childcare, safety planning, and other services.

- Care seat program
- Earn while you learn: Earn points by watching information videos. Points can be used for free baby items
- Fatherhood and Motherhood program
- Free pregnancy tests and sexually transmitted infection (STI) tests
- Fertility awareness program
- Prenatal/postpartum support
- Relationship education
- Ultrasounds for those under 16 weeks pregnant

Earn While You Learn - Options for Women - Chisago County
Limited assistance with baby furniture, car seats, diapers and wipes, formula, infant and maternity clothing, and other supplies to clients enrolled in the Earn While You Learn (EWYL) program. Parents can earn Baby Bucks after attending each lesson offered through BrightCourse, which can be redeemed in the Baby Boutique.
BrightCourse: Available in-person or online
- Abstinence and sex behavior education: Contraceptives and their side effects, natural family planning, and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
- Financial budgeting and life skills education: Provides assistance and referrals for employment, financial, and housing needs
- Parenting education: Also offers co-parenting
- Pregnancy education: Breastfeeding, infant care, labor and delivery, prenatal care, and more

- Advocates for mentoring for crisis pregnancy and other needs
- Crisis pregnancy and mentoring

NOTE: Accepts donations of new and gently used baby/children's clothing (up to size 5T), maternity clothing, and equipment that is clean and in good condition (high chairs, strollers, and toys).

Family Health Services - Waseca County Public Health Services
Car Seat Program: Medica and UCare have a car seat program for children up to 8 years of age. Education and installation of the car seat are offered to any resident of Becker County.
Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC): Child and Teen Checkups are offered to any Waseca County resident under the age of 21. Checkups include: hearing and vision screening, developmental screening, physical exam, lead screening, immunizations, and referrals to other health care providers as necessary.
Follow Along Program: Consists of a series of developmental questionnaires the parent completes and returns to Waseca County Community Health. The questionnaire is scored and a letter is sent to the parent with the results. This program is free to all children in Waseca County under the age of 36 months.
Home Visiting Program: Home visits are offered to pregnant women, infants, and children to provide ongoing support.
Maternal Child Health Services: All Waseca County families with a newborn are contacted by a Community Health Nurse. A home visit will be offered to provide new parents with information on feeding choices, newborn cares and additional support.
