Service provides ground vehicles that rapidly transport acutely ill or injured individuals to health care facilities for treatment. Ambulances are equipped and staffed to provide medical care during transit.
- Three fully equipped ambulances - Part-time ALS License - Qualified EMTs and Paramedics on call 24 hours a day - Covers all of Clearwater County & areas of Itasca State Park
- Team of paramedics providing basic life support and ambulance service using cardiac monitoring and defibrillation equipment. Paramedics also teach various education programs to local government, organizations, companies, industry groups, community nonprofits, churches, schools and individuals interested in training. - Trainings offered: basic first aid, first responder training, CPR classes, AED education, EMS preparation, pediatric advanced life support, basic cardiac life support, advanced cardiac life support, and ambulance tours

The International Falls Ambulance Service provides full-time BLS and part-time ALS care. They have a staff of 36, 6 Full-time Paramedics, 4 Full-time Firefighter Engineers, 1 Full-time Ambulance Director, and 25 paid on-call EMTs. We run 4 Ambulances fully equipped to the ALS level and the latest in technology and equipment. The International Falls Ambulance Service also offers educational opportunities through EMS Courses, CPR Courses, and ACLS Classes.
