- Parent and staff training on client-specific program plans. Training is active, and ongoing, and occurs in conjunction with program monitoring.
- Technology used to provide skills training such as Applied Behavior Analysis. This is done in the community, in the child's home, or an office setting. Trained staff work with children with autism to develop a variety of skills in a structured format, using shape and reinforcement strategies.
- Treatment plan using a skills deficit model and comprehensive client-centered approach. Work with inter-agency teams at all levels to design functional approaches to the treatment plan.
