Care Consultation: Keystone Care Consultants help seniors navigate their health, economic, and social needs. Care managers meet with individuals in their homes or at one of the community centers to conduct an assessment, gather input from caregivers, and create goals. Once the assessment is complete, services may include: setting up rides to a social program, researching housing options, making a referral to an agency that helps with grocery shopping and/or cleaning, providing caregiver support, and accompanying seniors to doctor visits.
Grocery Delivery: Provides free grocery delivery for low-income seniors and adults with disabilities. Those who qualify can receive monthly deliveries. Delivery can include meat, dairy, fresh produce, and shelf-stable items. In each delivery, individuals will receive an average of 25 pounds of food per person in the household. Accommodations are based on customer choice models such as vegetarian, halal, etc. depending on what is available. Deliveries will be dropped off between 12:15 pm and 1:30 pm Tuesday - Thursday by a volunteer.

- Blood Pressure Clinic: Is co-sponsored by the Delano and Knights of Columbus, the Blood Pressure Clinic is available weekly in the Senior Center. Blood pressure screening is open to seniors and non-seniors.
- Easy does it Exercise: Provides an exercise routine that helps tone muscles, limber joints, and increase circulation. Anyone is welcome to join this group.
- Eyeglass Adjustments: Provided by the Delano Eye Clinic. Provides adjustments with glasses including glasses adjusted, screws tightened or nose pads replaced. This is a free service.
- Foot Care: Provided by Excel Foot Care, make an appointment with licensed foot care personnel to have foot care needs met. Provides a foot soak, lotion rub, toenail trim, debridement of corns, calluses, assessment and monitoring of circulation, disorders, etc.
- Parkinson's Support Group: For individuals and/or family members challenged with Parkinson's disease. Educational materials of various books and articles will be discussed.
