Crisis Assistance - Anoka County Community Action Program - ACCAP
Provides emergency pre-approved assistance to residents in a non-housing resolvable crisis situation:
- Complete applications (with verification) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Crisis Committee
- Financial assistance is limited and provided as funds are available
- Funds may be used for a variety of purposes such as prescription drugs, medical equipment, etc.

Bellows Fund - United Cerebral Palsy of Minnesota
After submitting an application, if all eligibility requirements are met, the Bellows Fund will provide a grant based on financial need, which can be applied toward the purchase of assistive technology.
Some examples of eligible assistive technology might include:
- Augmentative communication devices (ACD)
- Computer equipment
- Environmental controls
- Hearing aids
- Lifts in the applicant's own or nominee's parents' van or home
- Wheelchairs (manual and electric)

MS Navigator - National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Upper Midwest Chapter
Provides information, resources, and support needed to move life forward. These partners help navigate the challenges of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) unique to each individual's situation. In addition to connections to other MS Society services navigators:
- Assess for personalized case management through the Edward M. Dowd Personal Advocate Program
Provide crisis intervention in times of need
- Help provide wellness strategies that can improve quality of life including suggestions on diet, exercise, emotional well-being, and connection to local resources
- Navigate through the complexities of finding healthcare providers, benefits, insurance and access to coverage, and employment
- Offer financial assistance with obtaining durable medical equipment and aids for daily living, emergency financial assistance for help with housing or utility shut off, respite care, chores, home modifications, and more. Will assist individuals with future planning.

- Lymphedema supplies (breast cancer only)
- Pain medication
- Transportation to and from cancer treatment
CancerCare Co-Payment Assistance Foundation: Helps people afford insurance co-payments to cover the cost of chemotherapy and cancer medications.
Cancer Financial Assistance Coalition (CFAC): CFAC is a group of organizations that offers financial help and resources. The coalition aims to educate patients and providers about existing resources through an online database. See www.cancerfac.org.
