Grants are not for basic living expenses such as rent, mortgages, utility payments or food. Help with costs such as: - Transportation to and from cancer treatment - Home care - Child care - Pain medication - Lymphedema supplies (breast cancer only) CancerCare Co-Payment Assistance Foundation: Helps people afford insurance co-payments to cover the cost of chemotherapy and cancer medications. Cancer Financial Assistance Coalition (CFAC): CFAC is a group of organizations that offers financial help and resources. After submitting an application, if all eligibility requirements are met, the Bellows Fund will provide a grant based on financial need which can be applied toward the purchase of assistive technology. Some examples of eligible assistive technology might include: - Augmentative communication devices (ACD) - Computer equipment - Environmental controls - Hearing aids - Lifts in the applicant's own or nominee's parent's van or home - Wheelchairs (manual and electric)
